🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 10 g Coriander
  • 200 ml Frying oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blend cooked chickpeas with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
  2. 2Form balls or patties from mixture adding a little flour if needed.
  3. 3Fry in oil at 180°C or bake 20 minutes.
  4. 4Arrange on bowl with tahini mixed with water and lemon.
  5. 5Add fresh vegetables and serve.
