  • 600 g White fish fillets
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 Lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Fry curry paste with onion.
  2. 2Add coconut milk and fish sauce. Simmer 10 min.
  3. 3Gently add fish. Cook 8 min.
  4. 4Serve with rice and coriander.
