  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook fava beans if dry, or use canned.
  2. 2Partially mash with a fork.
  3. 3Add grated garlic, lemon juice, cumin and olive oil.
  4. 4Season with salt.
  5. 5Serve with boiled eggs, pita bread and tomatoes.
