🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 pc Zucchini
  • 2 pc Bell pepper
  • 1 pc Eggplant
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice zucchini, peppers and eggplant into 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. 2Brush vegetables with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle herbes de Provence.
  3. 3Heat grill to medium-high.
  4. 4Grill vegetables 4-5 minutes each side until grill marks appear.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
