🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Green beans
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 pc Lemon
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blanch green beans in salted water 5 minutes, drain and cool in cold water.
  2. 2Toast almonds in dry pan 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3Mix dressing from olive oil, vinegar and mustard.
  4. 4Combine beans with almonds and dressing.
  5. 5Season and serve at room temperature.
