  • 250 g Green beans
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil green beans in salted water 5-6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil over medium heat 1 minute.
  3. 3Add beans and sauté 3 minutes.
  4. 4Crack eggs over and cook with lid 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
