🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pcs (300g each) Beef rump steak
  • 50 g Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 4 pcs Anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blend parsley, capers, anchovies, garlic, olive oil and vinegar into salsa verde.
  2. 2Season rump and grill over high heat 4 min per side.
  3. 3Rest 5 min — rump needs longer rest than other cuts.
  4. 4Slice against grain. Spoon salsa verde generously over.
