🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pcs (280g each) Sirloin steak
  • 300 g Mixed wild mushrooms
  • 120 ml Double cream
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Grill sirloin over high heat 3 min per side. Rest.
  2. 2Sauté mushrooms and garlic until golden.
  3. 3Add brandy, let flame (or reduce). Add cream and thyme.
  4. 4Simmer 3 min until sauce coats the back of a spoon. Pour over steak.
