🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g Pork shoulder
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 pcs Pita bread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube pork 3cm. Mix oregano, lemon juice, olive oil and crushed garlic.
  2. 2Marinate pork 4 hours. Thread on skewers.
  3. 3Grill over charcoal 12 min, turning every 3 min.
  4. 4Serve in warm pita with tomato, onion and tzatziki.
