🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 60 ml Coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice pork thin. Mix lemongrass, fish sauce, turmeric and coconut milk for marinade.
  2. 2Marinate 2 hours. Thread onto soaked skewers.
  3. 3Grill over hot coals 3 min per side.
  4. 4Blend peanut butter, lime juice, a splash of coconut milk for sauce. Serve alongside.
