🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blend garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and thyme into a marinade.
  2. 2Coat tenderloin and marinate at least 2 hours.
  3. 3Grill over high heat, turning every 2 min, total 12–15 min.
  4. 4Rest 5 min. Slice diagonally and serve.
