🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg Pork ribs (cut into sections)
  • 4 pcs Corn cobs
  • 80 g Butter
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Paprika

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pre-cook ribs in oven at 160°C for 1.5 hours, season with paprika, salt.
  2. 2Make herb butter: mix softened butter, parsley and garlic.
  3. 3Grill ribs over charcoal 10 min per side. Grill corn 15 min turning often.
  4. 4Brush corn with herb butter. Serve ribs with corn on the side.
