  • 2 pcs (700g each) Porterhouse steak (4cm thick)
  • to taste Sea salt (flakes)
  • to taste Cracked pepper
  • 40 g Compound butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season both sides 1 hour before cooking.
  2. 2Grill over maximum heat 5 min per side.
  3. 3Move to indirect heat 5 min (internal 54°C for medium-rare).
  4. 4Rest 10 min. Add compound butter and let melt.
