  • 2 pcs (350g each) Ribeye steak (3cm thick)
  • to taste Coarse sea salt
  • to taste Cracked black pepper
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Bring steak to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
  2. 2Season generously with coarse salt and cracked pepper.
  3. 3Grill over screaming hot charcoal 3 min per side. Then 2 min indirect.
  4. 4Rest 5 min. Top with garlic butter and rosemary before serving.
