  • 100 g Cannellini beans
  • 1 pc Zucchini
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 40 g Small pasta
  • 20 g Parmesan

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion, carrot and celery in oil 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add beans, zucchini and canned tomatoes.
  3. 3Pour 1.2 L vegetable broth and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. 4Add small pasta and cook 10-12 minutes.
  5. 5Season with basil, salt and serve with parmesan.
