🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Japanese rice
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang paste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook Japanese rice.
  2. 2Sauté spinach with garlic in sesame oil 2 minutes.
  3. 3Sauté julienned carrot 3 minutes.
  4. 4Arrange in bowl: rice in center, vegetables around it.
  5. 5Add gochujang, fried egg and mix well before eating.
