🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g cubed Lamb shoulder
  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 3 large Onion
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Biryani spice mix
  • pinch Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate lamb in yoghurt and spices 2 hours.
  2. 2Fry onions until golden. Par-cook rice.
  3. 3Layer rice and lamb. Steam 40 min covered.
  4. 4Fluff and serve.
