  • 2 large Leeks
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 200 g Swede
  • 800 ml Lamb stock
  • 2 tbsp Parsley

  1. 1Brown lamb. Place in pot with stock.
  2. 2Simmer 45 min. Add root veg.
  3. 3Add leeks last 15 min.
  4. 4Season and serve.
