🛒 Ingredients

  • 800 g butterflied Lamb leg
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blend marinade ingredients, coat lamb.
  2. 2Marinate overnight.
  3. 3Roll tight and tie. Roast at 190C for 60 min.
  4. 4Slice thin. Serve in pita with tomato, onion, tzatziki.
