🛒 Ingredients

  • 800 g Rack of lamb
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season rack and sear all sides in hot pan.
  2. 2Brush with mustard. Press herb-breadcrumb mix onto fat side.
  3. 3Roast at 200C for 20 min (medium-rare).
  4. 4Rest 10 min. Slice between bones.
