🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g Lamb thigh
  • 3 tbsp Shawarma spice mix
  • 3 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix spices, yoghurt, garlic, lemon, oil.
  2. 2Marinate lamb overnight.
  3. 3Roast at 180C for 45 min. Rest 10 min.
  4. 4Slice thin. Serve in flatbread with pickles.
