  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 2 medium Parsnips
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 600 ml Lamb stock
  • 4 sprigs Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb. Remove, soften onion.
  2. 2Add stock, lamb, thyme. Simmer 45 min.
  3. 3Add root veg. Cook 40 more min.
  4. 4Season and serve.
