  • 150 g Yellow lentils
  • 150 g Spinach
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook yellow lentils 15-20 minutes until soft.
  2. 2Sauté onion with garlic and ginger in oil 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add tomatoes and spices (garam masala, turmeric).
  4. 4Add lentils and simmer 10 minutes, add spinach.
  5. 5Cook 3 minutes until spinach wilts, serve with rice.
