  • 200 g Mackerel fillet
  • 200 g New potatoes
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 10 g Dill

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil new potatoes in salted water 15-18 minutes, drain.
  2. 2Season mackerel fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. 3Grill or pan-fry mackerel 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. 4Serve mackerel over potatoes with mustard dill sauce.
  5. 5Drizzle with lemon juice.
