🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 180g each Halibut fillets
  • 3 tbsp White miso
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix miso, mirin, sake, sugar. Coat fish.
  2. 2Marinate 4-8 hours in fridge.
  3. 3Bake at 220C for 12 min until caramelised.
  4. 4Serve with sesame seeds.
