🛒 Ingredients

  • 80 g Ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 100 g Bok choy
  • 2 sheets Nori

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook ramen noodles per instructions, drain.
  2. 2Dissolve miso paste in 600 ml hot water.
  3. 3Boil egg 6 minutes, cool in ice water, peel.
  4. 4Halve the egg.
  5. 5Pour miso broth in bowl, add noodles and half an egg.
