  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 80 g Enoki mushrooms
  • 60 g Soft tofu
  • 4 g Wakame seaweed
  • 1 stalk Spring onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Dissolve miso paste in 500 ml warm water.
  2. 2Cook enoki mushrooms 2 minutes in broth.
  3. 3Add soft tofu cut into small cubes.
  4. 4Simmer 1 minute on low.
  5. 5Serve with spring onion and seaweed if available.
