🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pc Red pepper
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pc Chili

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Roast red peppers in oven at 220°C 25-30 minutes, peel and clean.
  2. 2Lightly toast walnuts in a dry pan.
  3. 3Blend peppers with walnuts, pomegranate, a little chili and olive oil.
  4. 4Season with salt, cumin and lemon juice.
  5. 5Serve as dip with pita or crudités.
