  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 100 ml Sour cream
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean mushrooms and slice them.
  2. 2Sauté chopped onion in oil 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. 3Add mushrooms and cook over high heat 5-6 minutes until moisture evaporates.
  4. 4Reduce heat, add thyme and sour cream, stir.
  5. 5Simmer 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve.
