🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Arborio rice
  • 200 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 60 ml White wine
  • 15 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion in butter 4 minutes, add mushrooms over high heat 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add arborio rice and toast 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add one ladle of warm broth at a time, stirring constantly.
  4. 4Repeat 18-20 minutes until rice is al dente.
  5. 5Add parmesan and butter, season.
