  • 300 g Beets
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 150 g Celeriac
  • 50 ml Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Dice beet, carrot and celery into small cubes.
  2. 2Boil vegetables in 1.5 L water or vegetable broth 25 minutes.
  3. 3Add apple cider vinegar and season with salt.
  4. 4Blend partially or fully depending on preference.
  5. 5Serve with sour cream and caraway seeds.
