  • 2 pc Leek
  • 100 g Potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml Cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté leek in butter 5 minutes until soft.
  2. 2Add cubed potatoes and 600 ml vegetable broth, simmer 20 minutes.
  3. 3Blend with hand blender.
  4. 4Add grated cheese and stir.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
