🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Red cabbage
  • 1 pc Apple
  • 5 g Fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Finely shred red cabbage with a knife or mandoline.
  2. 2Grate apple and thinly slice fennel.
  3. 3Mix apple cider vinegar with a little oil, salt and pepper.
  4. 4Combine cabbage, apple and fennel with dressing.
  5. 5Let marinate 15 minutes before serving.
