  • 300 g Okra
  • 120 g Lamb
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Wash okra and trim stems.
  2. 2Brown lamb in oil with onion.
  3. 3Add tomatoes and okra, stir gently.
  4. 4Add 200 ml water and simmer on low 30-40 minutes.
  5. 5Season with salt and serve with rice.
