🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 pc Onion
  • 600 ml Beef broth
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 60 ml White wine
  • 2 slices Bread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Julienne onion and sauté in butter over low heat 30 minutes until well caramelized.
  2. 2Pour white wine and let evaporate 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. 4Pour into soup bowl, place a slice of toasted bread on top.
  5. 5Crack egg over bread and gratinate 3-4 minutes.
