  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 for serving Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  1. 1Heat oil in pan until smoking.
  2. 2Sear halibut 4 min. Flip, add butter, thyme, garlic.
  3. 3Baste with foaming butter 3 min.
  4. 4Rest 3 min. Serve with lemon.
