  • 120 g Spaghetti
  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 8 g Basil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta in salted water per instructions, reserve 50 ml cooking water.
  2. 2Mash avocado with lemon juice, grated garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Add pasta water to avocado to make a creamy sauce.
  4. 4Toss drained pasta immediately with avocado sauce.
  5. 5Sprinkle fresh basil and chili flakes.
