  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 3 tbsp Ajvar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 pc Pita bread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix ground meat with chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Form flat patties 2 cm thick.
  3. 3Grill over high heat 4-5 minutes each side.
  4. 4Serve on plate with ajvar, raw onion and pita.
  5. 5Add kajmak or sour cream if available.
