🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g White beans
  • 120 g Pork
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 pc Carrot

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Soak beans overnight, boil 45 minutes, drain.
  2. 2Brown pork cubes in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add chopped onion and carrot, sauté 4 minutes.
  4. 4Add beans, paprika and water to cover, simmer on low 40 minutes.
  5. 5Season with salt and pepper, serve with homemade bread.
