  • 4 pcs Pork chops
  • 2 tbsp Ras el hanout
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20 g Coriander (fresh)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix ras el hanout, olive oil, lemon zest and honey.
  2. 2Coat chops and marinate 2 hours.
  3. 3Grill on medium-high heat 4 min per side.
  4. 4Rest 3 min. Serve over couscous with fresh coriander.
