🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork belly (skin on, sliced)
  • 200 ml Apple juice
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Five-spice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix apple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and five-spice.
  2. 2Marinate pork belly slices for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3Grill over medium heat, skin side down first, 8 min per side.
  4. 4Finish over direct high heat 2 min per side for extra crispiness.
