🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.3 rack Pork spare ribs
  • 100 ml Chinese plum sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 pcs Star anise
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Combine plum sauce, soy, ginger, star anise and rice wine.
  2. 2Marinate ribs 4 hours. Reserve marinade.
  3. 3Bake covered at 160°C for 90 min.
  4. 4Grill over charcoal 15 min, brushing with reserved marinade.
