🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 rack Pork spare ribs
  • 80 ml Hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Five-spice powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix hoisin, soy, ginger, garlic, five-spice and honey.
  2. 2Coat ribs in half the marinade. Marinate overnight.
  3. 3Bake wrapped in foil at 160°C for 2 hours.
  4. 4Unwrap, glaze with remaining sauce, grill over high heat 10 min.
