  • 150 g Prawns
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 60 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp Laksa paste
  • 50 g Bean sprouts

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Simmer shrimp broth with laksa paste and lemongrass 10 minutes.
  2. 2Add coconut milk and peeled shrimp.
  3. 3Simmer 5 minutes on low.
  4. 4Cook rice noodles separately, drain.
  5. 5Place noodles in bowl, pour shrimp soup and garnish.
