🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 kg Pork shoulder (bone-in)
  • 60 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 200 ml BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Apply dry rub (sugar, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper) all over the shoulder.
  2. 2Smoke at 110°C with oak wood for 10–12 hours until internal temp reaches 95°C.
  3. 3Rest 1 hour wrapped in butcher paper.
  4. 4Shred with two forks, toss in BBQ sauce and serve.
