🛒 Ingredients

  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 1 pc Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook quinoa 15 minutes, drain and cool.
  2. 2Cube zucchini and peppers, coat with oil and roast at 200°C 25 minutes.
  3. 3Mix quinoa with roasted vegetables.
  4. 4Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
