  • 4 pc Bell peppers
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Roast peppers on grill or directly over flame until charred.
  2. 2Place in plastic bag 10 minutes, peel.
  3. 3Slice into strips and place in bowl.
  4. 4Add crushed garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
  5. 5Let marinate 30 minutes and serve.
