🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 10 g Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Halve tomatoes, place on tray with unpeeled garlic, drizzle with oil.
  3. 3Roast 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
  4. 4Squeeze roasted garlic from skin, blend with tomatoes and basil.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, serve with cream or croutons.
