  • 160 g Sushi rice
  • 60 g Cooked salmon
  • 2 sheets Nori
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook sushi rice with rice vinegar, let cool.
  2. 2Pan-cook salmon and flake it.
  3. 3Form small rice balls with wet hands.
  4. 4Place salmon filling in center and shape the ball.
  5. 5Wrap with a strip of nori and serve.
