  • 4 180g each Salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 3 Spring onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix soy, mirin, sake, sugar for teriyaki.
  2. 2Pan-fry salmon 4 min per side.
  3. 3Pour sauce over, cook 2 min until sticky.
  4. 4Serve with sesame and spring onion.
